Part I
Arrival
One gate, seen from the main road and from inside. It sets the scale, the materials and the tone for every street behind it.
Part II
Streets
Both roads carry the same 20′ carriageway. On the 40′ road the extra ten feet become a row of trees and a wider footpath on each side.

Amenities
Seven shared places, from the pool and the café to the four sit-out parks. The line below marks the hour each one is busiest, from the first run at six to the last conversation on the park benches.
